Keynotes & hosting roles

For inspiration, larger events or conferences

I love both giving presentations and managing conferences with debates, interviews and presentations safely, effectively and entertainingly from start to finish – in front of a live audience as well as online.

If you need a lecture or a sharp and humorous moderator for your event, I will be happy to tailor an offer for you.

My three favorite lectures are:

#1 To speak is to lead
The lecture that honestly & lovingly shakes up the management team, the executive board or the board of directors' communication and gives food for thought. Because all leaders speak. But speaking effectively requires rhetorical leadership. And many managers forget this at the department meeting, the status meeting or the Friday orientation. This results in employees who do not hear the message, checking Facebook under the table and planning dinner, while the managers deliver their important "gold nuggets". So how do you get employees to listen, remember and ACT on what you say? I reveal that in this keynote, which provides tangible added value to anyone with employee responsibility.

#2 Women, speak up!

The keynote, which is aimed at female leaders, spokespersons or other women who regularly speak out. Because it may be true that we have come a long way with gender equality, but unfortunately it has not occurred on the podium – or in other words: Science clearly shows that gender continues to play a crucial role for ALL audiences when they judge a speaker. Based on my own rhetorical research and a number of other sources, I will address women's special challenges and opportunities on the podium and provide very concrete tools for how all women can be more successful as speakers, leaders and front figures in general.

#3 Strengthen your impact: How to convince your audience

What is it that makes people remember a speaker after the presentation is over? What is most important: words, body or voice? And how can anyone, with simple tricks, strengthen their personal impact on any audience? After this keynote, all audience members will go home with concrete tricks for both words, body and voice in their backpacks - ready to get better results the next time they speak.
